2010 Bylaws Proposed Amendments (click here for amended bylaws)
- The Bylaws Committee met and proposed a new set of bylaws.
- We welcome anyone's feedback about the proposal.
- You can comment on the proposal by emailing Dustin Burrows at: dustinburrows@mhbg.com; or, calling: (806) 687-0630; or, contacting any other member of the Committee.
- The bylaws committee will meet again on May 17, 2010 at 5:30 PM at JT Hutchinson Junior High. Everyone is invited, and their attendance is welcome.
- Please send your comments before the May 17th meeting, and we will make sure they are discussed.
- These By-Laws will by voted on at the July meeting.

Heidi Dye, principal @ Hutch made proposal for an illuminated communication sign, 3 lines, 6-inch letters for the school with a cost of $7,300.00. Neighborhood Association agreed to pay for half. New officers were voted in (see current officers above). Scheduled LPD officer scheduled to speak had to cancel.May 22, 2008
Main Topic: Proposal for Review of Association's Structure Purpose of neighborhood association is to create a sense of unity, protect interests and develop neighborhood pride. Therefore, if something is a concern to a resident, it is a concern to all of us so long as it fits within our bylaws. - Marjorie Manning Goals for the upcoming year: increase transparancy, comprehensive communications, review bylaws, develop leadership, refine mission of the neighborhood association. - James MahanWant to opt-in for occasional updates for special issues/meetings?
